Original music, and the rules that keep it that way

Every generation is new original material. SonicMind does not transform copyrighted recordings, reproduce copyrighted lyrics, or output a copy of an existing song.

SonicMind will not intentionally imitate a living artist's voice, likeness or identity, and will not accept prompts whose purpose is to replicate a specific performer. Ask for attributes instead of names. Rather than "make it exactly like [living artist]", write "create an energetic 1980s-inspired synth-pop track with dramatic female vocals". You get a better brief and a result you can license.

You may upload your own audio when you hold the necessary rights. A reference influences tempo, instrumentation, arrangement, mood, structure and energy only, controlled by a Reference Influence value between 0 and 100%. References are never used to clone a voice or reconstruct a recording.

Voice profiles require an explicit confirmation that you own the recording or have the singer's permission. Profiles are private by default. Uploading someone's voice without permission, or attempting to impersonate a real person, results in removal and may end your access.

Music generated on a paid plan may be used commercially — client work, advertising, film, games and streaming releases — subject to the applicable terms. The Free plan covers personal projects. You are responsible for any third-party material you bring into a project.

If you believe published content on SonicMind infringes your rights or breaches this policy, use the report action on the track or contact us with the details. Reports are reviewed and content may be removed while a claim is assessed.
