What we store, why we store it, and how your music stays yours. This framework should be reviewed by your own legal counsel before commercial launch.
What we store
Account details (email, display name, optional username, bio and avatar), your creations (prompts, lyrics, songs, versions, stems, artwork and projects), your uploads (audio references and voice samples), plan and credit records, and product usage events such as sign-ins and generation outcomes.
How your files are protected
Audio, stems, voice samples, uploads and artwork are held in private storage. Access is granted through short-lived signed links issued only to the owner's session. Database access rules restrict every record to the account that created it, so no other user can read your private songs, credits, billing details or settings.
Analytics
We record product events — sign-up, generation started and completed, plays, downloads, subscription changes — to understand reliability and improve the product. We do not sell personal data or use your private music to advertise to you.
Voice samples
Voice samples are used only to build the voice profiles you create, remain private to your account unless you publish them, and are deleted when you delete the profile. You confirm you hold the rights to any voice you upload.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, delete songs and voice profiles, and request deletion of your account and its associated files. Third-party processors — cloud hosting, the music generation provider and the payment processor — handle data strictly to deliver the service.
