Terms of Use

Terms of Use

A plain-language summary of the agreement between you and SonicMind. These terms are a starting framework and should be reviewed by your own legal counsel before commercial launch.

Your account

You need an account to create music. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the activity that happens under your account. One person, one account.

Credits and plans

Generation consumes credits. The cost depends on length, generation type and extra processing such as stem separation or mastering, and is always displayed before a paid operation runs. Credit balances and plan entitlements are validated on our servers.

Monthly credits refresh with your billing period and are not transferable. Where a generation fails through no fault of yours, credits are refunded automatically.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SonicMind to:

— recreate or imitate the voice or identity of a real person without their permission; — upload audio, lyrics or vocals you do not have the rights to use; — attempt to reproduce or transform copyrighted songs or recordings; — generate content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing or intended to deceive; — abuse the service through automated scraping, resale of raw generation capacity, or circumvention of rate limits.

Your music

Subject to these terms and your plan, you own the music you generate. Paid plans include commercial use. The Free plan is for personal, non-commercial projects. We may retain generations to operate the service, and we may remove content that violates these terms.

Service changes and liability

SonicMind evolves: features may change, and the underlying generation models may be replaced or improved. The service is provided as-is, without warranty that a specific creative result can be reproduced. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
